'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Product description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primerinox\u00ae coated sheets are made of series 300 or 400 stainless steels which have been treated on a coil coating line by applying special organic primers.<\/p>\n<p>These primers simplify and increase the duration of the adhesion of insulating foams or structural adhesive films.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Importance of the interlayer adhesion in insulating panels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is of paramount importance that the various layers of structural and \/ or insulating sandwich panels should be bound homogeneously and permanently.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, partial adhesion zones or adhesion loss in time could result in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decreasing rigidity of the panel and structural brea<\/li>\n<li>Aesthetical defects (waviness, dew stains etc).<\/li>\n<li>Localized corrosion initiation spots.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It should be noted that mechanical and chemical stresses could weaken the rigidity and mechanical resistance of the panels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanical deformations with shear forces higher than the adhesion forces.<\/li>\n<li>Periodic, repeated mechanical and thermal stresses (vibrations, thermal expansion).<\/li>\n<li>Water or corrosion agents absorption, which could be present either in the cellular material or in the work environment, and which could migrate to the steel interface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Thermo-insulating foamed panels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When manufacturing sandwich panels foamed with products applied in the liquid state, metallic surfaces which are exposed to foams should present the following properties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Low wetting tension<\/em>, to ensure an uniform distribution of the resins during casting and nucleation of the foam.<\/li>\n<li><em>Chemical affinity with foaming resins<\/em>, to ensure sufficient adherence.<\/li>\n<li><em>Chemical stability and resistance to corrosion<\/em>, to ensure a long lifespan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The excellent corrosion resistance of stainless steels and the special primers used in the production of Primerinox\u00ae sheets fully comply with these requests, thus offering a much longer lasting adhesion than what could be expected from other base materials or from stainless steel sheets\u00a0 with brushed or polished surfaces.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_two_third-6126cab7d8fab8d08143dd2dacdf673c\">\n.flex_column.av-av_two_third-6126cab7d8fab8d08143dd2dacdf673c{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n-webkit-border-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n-moz-border-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div class='flex_column av-av_two_third-6126cab7d8fab8d08143dd2dacdf673c av_two_third  avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_textblock  avia-builder-el-last  first flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding column-top-margin'   ><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><table class=\"tabella_austenitici\" style=\"text-align: center;
