{"id":21148,"date":"2023-10-02T22:20:16","date_gmt":"2023-10-02T20:20:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.acciaiterni.it\/segnalazioni\/"},"modified":"2024-01-26T10:17:13","modified_gmt":"2024-01-26T09:17:13","slug":"segnalazioni","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.acciaiterni.it\/en\/segnalazioni\/","title":{"rendered":"WHISTLEBLOWING"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='flex_column av-213x90z-2455345d86b3d0ded14ba47f002d761c av_two_third  avia-builder-el-0  el_before_av_one_third  avia-builder-el-first  first flex_column_div '   ><p>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-lrkiet3i-47b48bd54a927e0faa72122b5cf081ae\">\n#top .av-special-heading.av-lrkiet3i-47b48bd54a927e0faa72122b5cf081ae{\npadding-bottom:10px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='av-special-heading av-lrkiet3i-47b48bd54a927e0faa72122b5cf081ae av-special-heading-h4 blockquote modern-quote  avia-builder-el-1  el_before_av_textblock  avia-builder-el-first  '><h4 class='av-special-heading-tag '  itemprop=\"headline\"  >WHISTLEBLOWING<\/h4><div class='special-heading-border'><div class='special-heading-inner-border'><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>We believe that reporting is always the right thing to do to help identify behaviors that may harm Group companies, their people, business partners and the environment.<\/p>\n<p>We constantly work to promptly identify potential risks and we ensure appropriate follow-up on reports of possible breaches.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, by adopting the provisions of the \u201cwhistleblowing\u201d Italian Legislative Decree (No. 24 of 10 March 2023), we have implemented a system for handling internal reports that is available to employees, collaborators and all the other stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT TO REPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reports through whistleblowing channels may concern (including but not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, safety and environmental rules and regulations and labour law<\/li>\n<li>Corruption or concussion<\/li>\n<li>Money laundering<\/li>\n<li>Antitrust law<\/li>\n<li>Fraud<\/li>\n<li>Conflicts of interest<\/li>\n<li>Privacy<\/li>\n<li>Disclosure of confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Code of Ethics and\/or Code of Conduct<\/li>\n<li>Human rights<\/li>\n<li>Unethical or unprofessional business conducts<\/li>\n<li>Misuse of company resources<\/li>\n<li>Non-compliance with Group regulations and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports must be substantiated and they may not concern complaints relating to business relations with the Company, nor disputes, claims or requests of a personal nature or relating exclusively to their individual relationships or concerning their employment relationships with hierarchically superior figures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW TO REPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A report can be made through the following channels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Web platform<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>by using the link available within the box \u201c<strong>Submit a Report<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>E-mail<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>by writing to the dedicated e-mail addresses listed, for each Company, in Annex 1 of the &#8220;<strong>Group Guidelines<\/strong>&#8221; available within the box &#8220;<strong>Documentation<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> For greater confidentiality, it is recommended to specify \u201c<strong>CONFIDENTIAL<\/strong>\u201d in the e-mail subject and to include the text of the report within an attachment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In-person meeting<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>by sending your request by e-mail to the dedicated addresses listed, for each Company, in Annex 1 of the &#8220;<strong>Group Guidelines<\/strong>&#8221; available within the box &#8220;<strong>Documentation<\/strong>&#8220;. All necessary instructions will be provided in the reply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO MANAGES THE REPORTING CHANNELS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unione Fiduciaria S.p.A. is an independent third party, who provides the web platform, on an external domain, where reports are entered and stored, ensuring proper protection and confidentiality.<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for the management of the internal reporting channels (Reporting Officers) are the Company\u2019s Supervisory Body and the Group Compliance Officer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW IT WORKS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through one of the abovementioned channels, the whistleblower transmits an information, even anonymously, to the Reporting Officers.<\/p>\n<p>The Reporting Officers, in accordance with the methods and schedules required by the standard and by the Company Guideline, start a process consisting of the following steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Take over: <\/strong>the report is received, appropriately recorded and coded. Specific feedback is provided.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preliminary analysis<\/strong>: the report is analyzed and evaluated in terms of admissibility and, if necessary, further elements are requested, always respecting anonymity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Investigation: <\/strong>if the report is deemed admissible, specific analyses are launched and the appropriate insight tools are activated. If necessary, and always respecting anonymity, further elements may be requested.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Closure\/outcome<\/strong>: at the end of the investigation, the findings are reported to the whistleblower, in written form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PROTECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Protection of the reported person<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the investigation process, the reported person will always have guaranteed their right to defense for the facts ascribed to them. Reports made with the aim of damaging or defaming the reported person will result in action being taken against the whistleblower based on the measures provided for in the company disciplinary system and in the evaluation of the possibility of taking appropriate legal action.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whistleblower\u2019s protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Company is committed to protect those who have made a report in good faith from any form of intimidation and retaliation.
